As a Project Management Associate, you will support the implementation and delivery of data-driven projects, working at the intersection of project management, analytics, engineering, and customer success. Accountabilities: As a Project Management Associate, you will support end-to-end project delivery by managing data workflows, maintaining reporting accuracy, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful customer implementations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Data Analysis and Excel-Based Calculations: Process raw AI-generated outputs and transform them into accurate, customer-ready insights using advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, conditional logic, and complex formulas.
- Dataset Management: Analyze, organize, and reconcile large, multi-sheet datasets containing quantitative performance metrics and qualitative store execution information.
- ROI Analysis and Reporting: Translate project delivery metrics into measurable return-on-investment figures by applying business logic and validating calculations.
- Project Operations and Onboarding: Take ownership of assigned tasks within customer onboarding, ensuring data feeds, reporting processes, and operational requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Task and Deadline Management: Coordinate multiple project components simultaneously, prioritize competing responsibilities, and meet deadlines across different customer engagements.
- Operational Ownership: Independently manage defined project activities from initiation through completion,



ensuring reliable execution within your area of responsibility.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality control over datasets, calculations, and reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity before sharing results with customers.
- Problem-Solving and Process Improvement: Identify potential roadblocks in data processing workflows, investigate operational issues, and proactively recommend solutions before problems escalate.
- Product Knowledge and Implementation Support: Develop a strong understanding of the product to troubleshoot operational challenges and support tailored solutions for customer-specific requirements.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with Data Operations, Engineering, and Project Managers to resolve data issues, coordinate information flow, and keep projects progressing efficiently.
- Presentations and Stakeholder Communication: Help prepare skilled, customer-facing presentations that communicate analytical findings, project performance, and actionable insights. Support presentations to internal teams and, occasionally, customers.

Requirements: The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong Excel skills and a willingness to take responsibility for project outcomes. The following qualifications and capabilities are expected:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookup functions, pivot tables, conditional logic, and the ability to build, troubleshoot, and maintain complex calculation models.
- Ability to work confidently with large datasets containing both numerical metrics and descriptive information, using Excel to manipulate, reconcile, and synthesize data.
- A high level of personal accountability, with a commitment to delivering accurate, reliable work within agreed deadlines.
- A proactive, action-oriented mindset, including the ability to identify process improvements, ask clarifying questions, and move tasks forward independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and develop practical solutions.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain findings clearly and collaborate with different teams.
- Good organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability, enthusiasm for technology, and eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
- A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- A project management certification, or current enrollment in a relevant certification program, is an advantage.
- Previous experience demonstrating initiative and ownership through internships, academic projects, extracurricular activities, or professional responsibilities is beneficial.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Zoho Analytics is helpful.
