Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Only candidates meeting ALL the following requirements should apply:

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, Garment Production, Apparel Production or a closely related discipline.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a Boutique, Designer-Wear or Garment Production Unit.

- Specialised Experience: Practical experience in customised garments, made-to-order apparel or boutique production.

Candidates without relevant qualifications and garment production experience will not be considered.

About the Role

Li & Li Couture, a premium kidswear and couture brand, is seeking a process-oriented Production Controller with practical experience in boutique garment manufacturing.

The role involves independently planning, coordinating and monitoring multiple customised garment orders from production initiation through final quality control and dispatch readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Production Planning: Prepare daily production schedules, allocate manpower and monitor progress against deadlines.
- Production Coordination:



Oversee cutting, dyeing, embroidery, handwork, stitching, finishing and QC.
- Order & WIP Tracking: Monitor multiple customised orders across production stages and maintain accurate ERP records.
- Quality Control: Ensure design and measurement accuracy, minimise defects, alterations and rework.
- Delay Prevention: Anticipate material shortages, production bottlenecks and workforce constraints; take timely corrective action.
- Delivery Commitment: Coordinate with designers, cutting masters and production teams to ensure on-time completion.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of garment construction and boutique production workflows.
- Ability to independently plan, prioritise and control multiple orders.
- Good production-floor coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with production tracking, ERP or Excel reporting.
- Strong ownership, accountability and communication skills.
