- Respond to client queries and resolve issues via chat and email.
- Conduct one-on-one product demonstrations for clients.
- Assist clients in understanding product features and functionality.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience through timely support and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client concerns effectively.
