About HealthRecon Connect (HRC)

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to scale K1, our online patient payment collection platform serving US healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will bring robust technical product management expertise, data-driven decision-making skills, and an understanding of US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Key Responsibilities

- Co-own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap for patient payments, invoice ingestion, discounts, refunds, reconciliation, and Practice Management System (PMS) integrations.
- Translate business and operational requirements into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Engineering and QA teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and predictable product releases.
- Lead integration strategies involving APIs, database synchronization, file-based integrations, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Define and manage data models and workflows for patient accounts receivable (AR), invoices, payments, refunds, and payment posting back to PMS platforms.
- Monitor and optimize key product KPIs, including AR reduction, time-to-cash, collection rates, payment conversion, refund and reconciliation accuracy, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Design and optimize patient payment activation strategies, including SMS and email outreach, paper statements, QR codes, installment plans, partial payments,



and discounts.
- Use data-driven insights to prioritize product enhancements and roadmap decisions.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Client IT teams to improve product-market fit and accelerate client adoption.
- Own complex client implementations and system integrations, ensuring scalability, reliability, auditability, and compliance.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience in healthcare, fintech, payments, or SaaS platforms.
- Proven experience managing technical products with complex integrations.
- Hands-on understanding of APIs, data flows, system integrations, and technical product development.
- Experience in US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Familiarity with payment gateways such as Stripe or Square and payment reconciliation processes.
- Experience integrating with Practice Management Systems (PMS) or Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to own product KPIs linked to revenue growth and operational outcomes.
- Experience with B2B SaaS products in regulated environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
