? Hiring: Project Lead - Real Estate Portfolio Valuations
? Location: Mumbai / NCR
What we're looking for
✅ 5+ years of real estate valuation, Portfolio valuation experience in India
✅ Expertise in Office, Retail, Warehousing, Hospitality & Residential assets
✅ Solid financial modeling skills (DCF, Income Approach, Comparable Analysis)
✅ Experience managing REIT, InvIT, Fund, or institutional investor portfolios
✅ Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
✅ MRICS preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pan-India portfolio valuation assignments for institutional clients
- Coordinate with clients, investment teams, and regional valuation teams
- Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and compliance with valuation standards
- Drive automation, process improvements, and innovation initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to business growth
