About the Role

AM Infoweb is looking for an experienced Process Trainer – ROI with hands-on experience in the US Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Release of Information (ROI) workflows and experience training, coaching, and supporting employees to meet process, quality, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver process training and refresher sessions for US Healthcare ROI.
- Train new hires on medical record requests, authorization validation, documentation, and requestor verification.
- Educate employees on HIPAA guidelines, patient confidentiality, and data security.
- Develop and maintain training materials, process guides, presentations, and assessments.
- Conduct knowledge assessments, mock scenarios, and certification evaluations.
- Monitor trainee performance, identify knowledge gaps, and provide coaching.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality,



and SMEs to improve process performance.
- Track training progress, maintain records, and prepare training reports.

Mandatory Requirements

Hands-on experience in US Healthcare Release of Information (ROI).

Minimum 1 year of documented experience as a Process Trainer.

Good understanding of ROI workflows, medical record processing, and authorization validation.

Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and healthcare data security.

Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Willingness to work from the office in Kalyani Nagar, Pune, on the US night shift.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with EMR/EHR systems.
- Exposure to medical record retrieval and document management.
- Ability to analyse quality reports and conduct targeted refresher training.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
