We are looking for an experienced qualified to join a leading advisory firm in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;) and Corporate Restructuring practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead M&A;, corporate restructuring, mergers, demergers, and capital reduction assignments.
- Advise clients on restructuring strategies and evaluate direct tax, company law, SEBI, FEMA, stamp duty, and accounting implications.
- Review transaction documents, including SPAs, business transfer agreements, and subscription agreements.
- Manage schemes of arrangement, NCLT proceedings, and corporate actions.
- Conduct buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence.
- Support business development, client pitches, proposals, and engagement management.
- Provide technical opinions, lead research initiatives, mentor team members, and contribute to knowledge management and industry publications.
