The Role

You’ll be responsible for finding potential clients, reaching out to them, qualifying inbound leads, and booking demos for the sales team. This is a hands-on outreach role — LinkedIn, WhatsApp, cold calls, and email, every day.

What You’ll Do

→ Build prospect lists daily (real estate developers, brokers, channel partners) from LinkedIn, Google, portals, and Instagram

→ Reach out to 15-20 prospects daily via LinkedIn messages, WhatsApp, email, and cold calls

→ Qualify inbound leads — understand their business, volume,



and pain points

→ Schedule product demos and meetings for the founder

→ Follow up consistently with interested prospects

→ Maintain the lead pipeline in CRM with status updates and notes

→ Share demo videos, pitch decks, and collateral during outreach

What We’re Looking For

→ 0-1 year experience in sales, pre-sales, lead generation, telecalling, or BD (internships count)

→ Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with business owners

→ Valuable communication in English and Hindi (written + spoken)

→ Active on LinkedIn and comfortable with professional outreach

→ Self-driven, organized, and consistent

→ Interest in AI, SaaS, or real estate tech is a bonus
