Role Description The Planning and Invoicing Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajpura. This role is responsible for planning daily operations related to inventory movement, order processing, and dispatch scheduling, ensuring accurate and timely execution. The operator will prepare, verify, and issue invoices, reconcile billing with supporting documents, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Day-to-day tasks include maintaining records in relevant systems, monitoring stock levels and order status, and sharing reports with supervisors and clients as needed. The role also involves communicating with warehouse, transport,



and finance teams to align operational plans with billing activities and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to schedule operations, prioritize tasks, and manage timelines.
- Proficiency in invoicing, billing processes, and basic accounting principles, including document verification and reconciliation.
- Comfort with MS Office tools and operational or ERP systems for data entry, record management, and report generation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data, documentation, and compliance-related records.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with warehouse, transport, finance teams, and clients.
- Ability to work in office in Rajpura, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or invoicing operations is preferred.
- Relevant educational background such as a diploma or degree in commerce, business, logistics, or a related field.
