Role Description This is a full-time, in office Pharmacist role based at Bhatia Nursing Home in Rajpura. The Pharmacist will dispense medications accurately, review prescriptions for appropriateness and potential interactions, and provide clear counseling to patients on proper medication use, side effects, and storage.

Responsibilities include maintaining pharmacy inventory, ensuring proper storage and handling of drugs, and supporting adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. The role also involves collaborating with physicians and nursing staff, participating in medication safety initiatives, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications





- Professional knowledge of pharmacology, prescription review, and medication therapy management, with the ability to identify drug interactions and contraindications.
- Strong skills in patient counseling, clear communication, and education on medication adherence, side effects, and safe usage.
- Competence in inventory control, medication storage, and documentation, including accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Registered Pharmacist with a Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution and valid licensure as per local regulatory requirements.
