Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional ORC & OTL Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Handle Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) configuration, timecards, time rules, and approval workflows.
- Work on HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, and other relevant modules.
- Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform testing, and support production environments.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for requirement gathering and issue resolution.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM configuration, workflows, and business processes.
- Experience in implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
