Job OverviewSkylar Technology is hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation, configuration, and support.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules.
- Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Work on modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- Handle functional setups, testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.




- Coordinate with business users and technical teams.
- Prepare functional documentation and support UAT activities.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Solid knowledge of HCM business processes and configurations.
- Experience in implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.

Important Requirements
- Candidate must be based in Delhi NCR only.
- Must be comfortable working at the client location in Gurgaon.
- Employment will be on Skylar Technology payroll.
