Role Description: This is a part-time remote role for an Online English Tutor. The tutor will conduct live online English sessions, guiding learners through grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and spoken English.

Responsibilities include planning lessons aligned with Bhanzu’s learning framework, delivering engaging, interactive classes, and adapting teaching methods to different ages and proficiency levels. The tutor will monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback,



and maintain accurate records of attendance and performance. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine learning materials and ensuring a supportive, inclusive virtual classroom setting.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Tutoring skills, with experience supporting learners of varied ages or proficiency levels.
- Candidates should possess Online Tutoring skills, including comfort with virtual classroom tools and managing live interactive sessions.
- Candidates should possess solid English Grammar knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly and accurately.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear instruction, feedback, and rapport-building with learners and families.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in online or classroom teaching is beneficial.
- Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and familiarity with video conferencing platforms are required.
- Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching and the ability to work with global time zones is an advantage.
