Role Description The Online Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple online channels to increase brand visibility and generate leads. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media profiles, monitoring web analytics, coordinating online promotions, and supporting marketing automation workflows. The role also involves collaborating with sales and design teams to align campaigns with business objectives, preparing performance reports,



and recommending improvements based on data insights.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring regular coordination with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Online Marketing and Social Media Marketing to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track, interpret, and report on campaign performance.
- Experience with Marketing Automation platforms to manage email campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer journeys.
- Understanding of Sales processes to align marketing activities with lead generation and conversion goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create transparent, engaging digital content.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, paid advertising (PPC), and content marketing is beneficial.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
