MS Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant / Technical Lead

Location: Pan India We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant who can own technical design and hands-on implementation of Dynamics solutions, particularly across Dataverse and Field Service.

Key responsibilities & skills

- Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Field Service.
- Design Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, configurations and solution components.
- Design and implement Power Automate cloud flows, Dynamics configurations and custom plugins using C#/.NET.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and implement scalable Dynamics solutions.
- Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, security roles,



solution management and deployment across Dynamics environments.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Dynamics customizations, plugins and automated workflows.
- Work independently as a strong individual contributor, while also being capable of leading and guiding a small Dynamics engineering team.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, architects, QE and engineering teams through design, development, testing and deployment.

Ideal profile: A hands-on Dynamics technologist who can take a requirement from data model → technical design → configuration/custom development → implementation and deployment.
