We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise MDM solutions. The successful candidate will translate business and data-governance requirements into scalable data models, business rules, matching and survivorship logic, workflows, and system integrations.

This role requires strong hands-on SQL skills, practical API integration experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with data stewards, architects, analysts, business stakeholders, and application teams.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support MDM solutions across domains such as customer, organization, product, supplier, and reference data.
- Create and maintain MDM data models, entities, attributes, relationships, hierarchies, validation rules, workflows, and role-based access controls.
- Design and optimize data-cleansing, matching, merging, deduplication, and survivorship rules to create accurate golden records.
- Integrate MDM solutions with ETL/ELT pipelines, relational databases, data warehouses, reporting platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Develop and support REST and SOAP API integrations between the MDM platform and upstream or downstream systems.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable MDM solutions.
- Implement MDM standards, data-quality controls, governance policies, and development best practices.
- Monitor the performance, scalability, availability, and reliability of MDM and data-integration processes.
- Investigate MDM processing, data-synchronization, data-quality, and integration issues and implement sustainable fixes.
- Perform log analysis and system monitoring using tools such as Splunk.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, release planning, deployment, environment management, and production support.




- Prepare and maintain technical specifications, data mappings, support documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.

Technical Skill: -

- 5–7 years of total professional IT experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on MDM development experience.
- Robust hands-on experience with an enterprise MDM platform. Experience with Profisee is preferred; experience with comparable MDM platforms will also be considered.
- Strong proficiency in T-SQL or SQL, including complex queries, joins, common table expressions, stored procedures, functions, data validation, and performance tuning.
- Experience developing or consuming APIs, including REST or SOAP services, JSON or XML payloads, authentication, exception handling, and integration troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of MDM concepts, including data quality, data governance, reference data, metadata, golden records, hierarchy management, match/merge, and survivorship.
- Experience integrating data across relational databases, enterprise applications, and data platforms using ETL/ELT or other integration approaches.
- Experience designing and supporting data-stewardship workflows and business validation processes.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, source control, and change-management practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skill: -

- Hands-on experience with Profisee MDM, including data modelling, business rules, workflows, matching, survivorship, security, and integration services.
- Experience with Splunk or a comparable platform for log analysis, monitoring, alerting, and operational troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft-based data-integration technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery practices.
