Responsibilities

Leasing Management

- Drive lease closures through LOI, term sheet, and lease agreement execution.
- Coordinate with legal and internal stakeholders for timely documentation and approvals.
- Develop and execute leasing plans to maximize warehouse occupancy and revenue generation.

Investment Assessment & Business Evaluation
- Support evaluation of new warehousing and leasing opportunities.
- Conduct financial modeling, IRR analysis, feasibility studies, and business case assessments.
- Assist in investment decision-making and expansion initiatives.

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Manage client onboarding and handover from leasing to operations.
- Ensure smooth transition and readiness of warehouse facilities for tenants.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and address post-handover concerns.

Market Intelligence & Business Development
- Monitor market trends, rental benchmarks, competitor activities, and warehousing demand.
- Generate market insights to support techno-commercial decision-making.
- Strengthen direct customer engagement and business opportunities.

Budgeting & Cost Control
- Monitor leasing budgets and capital expenditure plans.
- Track financial performance of projects and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with approved business and investment plans.

Contract & Documentation Management




- Ensure proper execution and compliance of lease agreements.
- Maintain standard documentation processes and contractual governance.
- Coordinate with legal teams on lease terms, renewals, and amendments.

Data Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain leasing dashboards and reports covering:
- Leasing pipeline
- Occupancy levels
- Warehouse utilization
- Turnaround timelines
- Revenue tracking

- Provide regular MIS and management updates.

Client Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience across all leasing touchpoints.
- Resolve client issues promptly through cross-functional coordination.
- Maintain service standards and customer satisfaction levels.

Digital & Technology Adoption
- Utilize CRM platforms and digital tools for lead management and lease tracking.
- Promote adoption of AI and digital solutions to improve business efficiency.
- Drive data-driven decision making.

Team Leadership
- Foster a safe, team-oriented, and high-performance work environment.
- Mentor and develop team members.
- Promote continuous learning and capability building.

Qualifications

Education Qualification: Full time Graduate / MBA preferred

Work Experience:

10-15 Years of extensive experience in Leasing functions and Investment with reputed organizations
