: Business Development Executive – Lead Generation

## About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates who want to build a career in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Outreach.

The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, have good communication skills, and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting market research, generating quality leads, and supporting the business development team in expanding the company's client base.

## Key Responsibilities (KRA)

- Conduct market research, data scraping, and lead generation across various industries.
- Identify potential clients using LinkedIn, Google Search, social media platforms, and relevant lead-generation tools.
- Support email outreach, cold messaging, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain and update lead sheets, databases, and CRM records accurately.
- Assist the senior business development team with prospecting and sales operations.
- Schedule client meetings and product or service demonstrations.
- Communicate professionally with potential clients through email and other business communication channels.




- Identify qualified leads and support their conversion into business opportunities.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and business development targets.
- Continuously research new markets, industries, and potential business opportunities.

## Candidate Requirements
- Freshers and graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Interest in business development, sales, lead generation, and market research.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Google Search is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn recent tools, including data scraping and lead-generation automation tools.
- Strong research, analytical, and organisational skills.
- A disciplined, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
