Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Operations Lead to manage global supply chain transaction services across procurement, order management, inventory management, logistics execution, production transactions, invoicing, and month-end operational activities.

The individual will serve as a key operational lead, managing stakeholder relationships across North America and Europe, driving service excellence, handling escalations, ensuring governance adherence, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Process Leadership

Own end-to-end execution of supply chain transactional processes.

Ensure SLA and KPI adherence across all service lines.

Oversee order management, shipment execution, invoicing, inventory reconciliation, and production transactions.

Drive operational excellence and process standardization.

Stakeholder Management

Act as primary point of contact for client stakeholders.

Build solid relationships with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams.

Lead governance meetings and operational reviews.

Provide regular business updates and performance insights.

Exception & Escalation Management

Lead investigation and resolution of operational issues.

Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Manage high-priority customer and business escalations.

Ensure business continuity and risk mitigation.

Inventory & Supply Chain Operations

Support inventory governance and reconciliation activities.





Oversee transaction accuracy across supply chain processes.

Monitor inventory-related exceptions and corrective action plans.

Ensure transactional integrity across ERP systems.

Month-End Ownership

Lead month-end readiness and transaction closure activities.

Ensure completion of open orders, receipts, invoices, and inventory transactions.

Coordinate closely with Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders.

Maintain audit and compliance requirements.

Team Leadership

Mentor and coach analysts.

Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development.

Build cross-training and knowledge-management frameworks.

Manage resource planning and backup coverage.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Experience - 8-10 years of experience in:

- Supply Chain Operations
- Order Management
- Logistics Operations
- Procurement Operations
- Inventory Management
- Shared Services / Global Business Services
- Manufacturing Operations
- Minimum 3 years of team leadership or process ownership experience.

Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, JDE, System21, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, Power BI preferred.
- Understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Experience in inventory and logistics transactions.
