This role is a client side deployment where the resource will be working at a VC funded client location day to day with the different department heads, learners and founders. To we are working as a preferred partner with multiple Listed organizations in India.

Role Description The L&D; Capability Building Partner is a full-time, on-site contract role based in Bengaluru for one of our client organizations. It has an equal contribution of three parts - which the same person will be able to execute enabled by Lumos. Those are listed below.

- Learning Needs Assessor - All tools, process & concept are made learnable by Lumos in an immersive fashion. Here the selected person would have to work on reviewing the existing process documents, tool or concept (which you may get as a doc, ppt or other formats) and convert it on our tool. This is for Business functions such as operations, sales, pre-sales, customer service, support etc.




- Content Planner and Creator - for any tool, process & concept. Carrying forward - the same person should be able to do this
- Training Execution - Online, In Person or Blended. Client has employees Pan India so the selected person will manage all learning operations, track completion, content gaps and improve them to ensure all business functions have adequate learning coverage support.

Qualifications - Ideally you should have done at least 2 out 3 activities in his/her past roles.

- Total work experience should be less than 5 years.
- Experience in learning and development, capability building, instructional design, or related fields, with the ability to design structured learning journeys.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication, with the ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with digital learning tools and platforms, and an interest in immersive or experiential learning methods.
- Ability to analyze learning needs, define measurable outcomes, and use feedback or data to refine programs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in consulting, corporate training, or program management is an advantage.
- Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered approaches and openness to experimenting with recent learning formats.
- Solid written and verbal skills are essential.
