Key Responsibilities

- Calculate and allocate landed costs (freight, duty, customs, brokerage, handling, and other logistics charges) to inventory items through the Inbound Shipment and Transfer Order processes
- Manage day-to-day tracking of landed costs to the inbound shipments and item receipts
- Export reports from Netsuite to assist with daily land cost activities
- Reconcile landed cost accruals to actual invoices from freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers; investigate and resolve variances
- Support with month-end close activities related to landed cost accruals and reconciliations
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and support for landed cost methodologies and inventory valuation
- Maintain strong internal controls over landed cost data entry, journal entries, and reconciliations




- Identify opportunities for process improvements

Qualifications & Skills

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of landed cost, accounts payable, or related accounting experience
- Understanding of landed cost components: freight, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, etc.
- Experience with Netsuite or other ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, sumif)
- Experience with Netsuite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with solid problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
