# Hiring: IT Infrastructure & Virtualization Support Engineer

### Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for VDI, virtualization, and IT infrastructure environments.
- Work on Citrix, VMware Horizon, or similar virtual desktop technologies.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking issues.
- Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle user queries and provide effective technical assistance to customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout the support process.
- Follow established IT support procedures and ensure a positive end-user experience.

- How many years of relevant experience do you have in IT Infrastructure, VDI, or Virtualization Support?
- Do you have hands-on experience with Citrix, VMware Horizon,
