- Target candidates with 3-7 years of Application/Production Support, DataStage, Unix, SQL experience supporting enterprise or financial applications.
- Candidates should have hands-on experience in incident management, production issue resolution, batch monitoring, and stakeholder communication. Robust ownership, problem-solving ability, and the confidence to work directly with business and technical teams are key.
- Exposure to release/change management, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and SQL is preferred, while IBM DataStage and finance domain experience will be added advantages.
- The ideal candidate should be comfortable supporting critical applications during UK business hours, including periodic weekend and month-end support.
Must Have Skills:
- DataStage, Unix, SQL (Strong Expertise required).
