Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Edtech Sales Counselor role located in Bengaluru, with an in-hand salary range of 35,000–45,000 INR for immediate joiners. The role involves engaging with prospective learners and parents, explaining edtech products and services, and guiding them through course selections based on their needs and goals. Daily activities include making outbound calls, handling incoming inquiries, conducting product demos, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM tools.

and providing a professional, learner-focused experience at every interaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Carpentry and Framing, demonstrating the ability to work with structures and basic construction tasks when needed.
- Candidates should be comfortable using Power Tools and Hand Tools, following safety guidelines and maintaining equipment properly.
- Candidates should have experience or familiarity with Finish Carpentry, showing attention to detail and quality in completing tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with learners and families.
- Proven sales or counseling experience in edtech, education, or a related field is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, meet sales targets, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; fluency in English and local languages is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant certifications in sales or counseling are a plus.
