HR Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Executive with 5 years of relevant experience to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR compliance. Candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
- Handle attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR operations.
- Support payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Manage performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR reports, MIS, and personnel documentation.
- Support training, learning, and development initiatives.
- Promote a positive, professional, and productive workplace culture.





Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and labour law compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently.
