We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team at Xylem Learning.

Experience Required: 3-5 Years

Preferred Candidates: Kerala-based candidates with strong Malayalam communication skills

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred)
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HRBP or Similar Role in a fast paced industry managing a headcount of 300+.
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard current employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite & HRMS
