We're a full-service digital marketing agency in Ahmedabad: web design & development, SEO, branding, web apps, social media marketing and mobile apps. Our team is growing fast, and we need an HR pro who can keep up and help shape the culture as we scale.

What you'll own

✅ End-to-end recruitment and onboarding

✅ Employee records and HR documentation

✅ Building and maintaining HR policies

✅ Employee benefits administration

✅ Performance management support

✅ Employee relations and day-to-day queries

✅ Labor law compliance

What you bring

? Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration or a related field

? Hands-on experience with HR policies, benefits and personnel management





? Comfort with HR software and MS Office

? Strong communication, people skills and problem-solving

? Discretion with confidential info, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
