Role Description This Human Resources Intern role is an on-site internship based in Noida. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining personnel records.

Responsibilities may include helping draft and communicate HR policies, supporting HR management activities, coordinating employee benefits-related queries,



and contributing to HR data entry and reporting. The intern will collaborate with the HR team on recruitment coordination, scheduling interviews, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. This role offers exposure to modern HR practices in a fast-evolving, AI-driven startup environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.

- Solid interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
