Role Description The HR Executive will be a full-time, on-site team member based in Delhi, supporting HR operations for a digital marketing agency environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR documentation and compliance. The role involves handling employee relations, assisting with performance management cycles, coordinating trainings, and ensuring HR policies are implemented consistently.





The HR Executive will collaborate with leadership and department heads to address workforce needs, support engagement initiatives, and assist with HR reporting and data analysis. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced, creative agency setting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with a solid understanding of core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies, including experience managing processes, documentation, and compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to support conflict resolution, engagement, and communication.
- Relevant experience working in or with digital marketing agencies or similar fast-paced creative organizations is highly beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
