Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring.
- Manage daily HR operations, attendance, leaves, and employee records.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and disciplined work environment.
- Coordinate daily workplace activities and employee-related matters.
- Handle employee concerns, engagement,



and internal communication.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding hiring and employee performance.

Requirements

- Previous experience in HR recruitment and operations preferred.
- Solid candidate sourcing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and hiring processes.
- Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage recruitment and daily HR activities.
