Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hiring role based in Chennai. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offers. The individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and support workforce planning.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate candidate records, using recruitment tools and platforms, coordinating onboarding processes,



and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience. The role also supports the development of recruitment strategies that align with Arqivo’s mission in environmental science and public health.

Qualifications

- Talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and engage candidates.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple open roles and deadlines.
- Understanding of HR best practices, compliant hiring methods, and inclusive recruitment processes.
- Ability to analyze hiring metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR within science, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage.
