Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst – Cloud Migration

Experience: 5+ Years

Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Guidewire ClaimCenter cloud migration initiatives.

- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to deliver migration objectives.

- Support UAT, data migration validation, defect triage, and release readiness activities.

- Drive requirements traceability and ensure alignment with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) standards.

Key BA Deliverables

- Business Requirements Document (BRD)
- Functional Requirements Specification (FRS)

- User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

- As-Is and To-Be Process Flows

- Gap Analysis and Impact Assessment





- Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- UAT Test Scenarios and Sign-off Documentation

- Migration Readiness and Business Validation Reports

Required Skills

- Robust BA experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter projects.

- Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and Agile delivery.

- Experience in ClaimCenter migration, upgrade, or cloud transformation programs.

- Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance claims processes.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred

- Guidewire ClaimCenter domain expertise or certification.

- Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
