- Strategic Safety Governance: Drive occupational health and fire safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and site-wide risk mitigation (HIRA, JSA).
- Safety Digitization & Culture: Steer proactive reporting,
digital safety workflows (e.g., Gensuite), contractor safety compliance, and comprehensive workforce training.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing site safety team while driving cross-skilling and continuous capability building.
