We're bootstrapped AI Native product studio with lots of tech initiatives going on for customer acquisition.

CitedSpy helps businesses understand and improve how their brands appear in AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini.

We're looking for someone to help us find customers, build distribution and turn early traction into a repeatable growth engine.

This is an early-stage, hands-on role working directly with the founders across sales, marketing and business development for both products.

You'll have the opportunity to experiment, execute, learn directly from customers and take ownership of initiatives that influence revenue and growth.

What you'll Do:

- Identify potential customers, especially in the US market.
- Run outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Connect with founders, marketing leaders, agencies and business teams.
- Generate leads, book meetings, follow up with prospects and help close deals.
- Execute growth experiments across digital marketing, SEO, GEO and content.
- Research competitors, customer needs and market opportunities.
- Use AI tools to improve prospecting, research, content creation and sales workflows.
- Track leads, conversions and revenue to understand what works.
- Build repeatable sales and marketing processes as we grow.

What we are looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, digital marketing, growth or a startup.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with B2B outreach, lead generation or digital marketing.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, startups and emerging technologies.
- A proactive mindset—you take initiative instead of waiting for instructions.




- Comfort working directly with US customers and adapting to their business context.
- Willingness to experiment, learn quickly and take responsibility for outcomes.

You don't need to be an AI or GEO expert. We care about your ability to learn, execute and deliver results.

Compensation:

We're an early-stage startup, and we believe in being transparent about the trade-offs and opportunities.

- Base salary: A lean, fixed monthly salary appropriate to our current stage; the exact range will be shared during the hiring process.
- Performance incentives: Opportunity to earn additional incentives linked to agreed sales and growth outcomes.
- Equity: Potential equity participation for eligible early team members, subject to individual grants, formal approvals and vesting terms.
- Direct founder access: Work closely with the founders and contribute to important business decisions.
- Career progression: Opportunity to grow into a GTM leadership role and build a team as the business scales, based on performance and business needs.

The initial compensation reflects our early-stage position. Incentives and equity offer potential upside, but neither earnings beyond the fixed salary nor future equity value is guaranteed. What Success looks like : Your goal is to help us acquire customers and discover repeatable ways to grow both businesses. You'll be expected to build a healthy pipeline, run measurable experiments, learn from customer conversations and help convert promising opportunities into revenue.
