About Anay GroupAnay Group works across multiple markets and businesses, with a strong focus on growth, lead generation and digital visibility. You'll work directly with the founder and see how deals, outreach and market expansion happen in practice.

The RoleWe're looking for a sharp, self-driven Growth Intern to research, identify and reach out to potential leads across multiple channels, and keep clean, reliable records of every conversation. This is a hands-on role, not a observer seat.

What You'll Do

- Research and identify high-quality leads across LinkedIn, Google, Instagram and cold calls
- Run personalised outreach through DMs, emails and calls
- Maintain daily and weekly lead reports: sources, responses, follow-ups and status
- Track what's working and what isn't, and suggest improvements
- Work directly with the founder, sharing insights and attending regular reporting sessions
- Explore and understand different markets and industries as part of lead research

What We're Looking For
- Strong written and spoken communication (English required; Hindi/Gujarati is a plus)
- Curiosity, persistence and comfort with rejection
- Good with Google Sheets/Excel and organised record-keeping
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram and Google search techniques




- Ability to commit 6 focused hours daily, Mon-Fri
- Students, fresh graduates and career-switchers are all welcome
- Prior sales, marketing or outreach experience is a plus, not a requirement
