Join our global Marketing team as a hands-on graphic design specialist supporting multiple industrial brands within Nederman’s Process Technology division. This is a support role focused on scalable execution: you will produce high-quality design assets while also building the underlying system, templates, modular layouts, and reusable graphic libraries, that enables faster, consistent rollout worldwide.

What You’ll Do

- Build and maintain templates & design systems: Develop template systems across Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for brochures, datasheets, case studies, white papers, campaign kit modules, and reusable icon/diagram/infographic styles, plus maintain PowerPoint templates and slide libraries.
- Execute global design production: brochures, datasheets, case studies, white papers, sales decks, executive slides, campaign assets (email, social, web/landing graphics).
- Localization & multi-version rollout: adapt master assets for regions/events/languages; manage file hygiene, naming conventions, exports, and version control.
- Print & event support: prepare print-ready files and develop booth graphics design and 3D modelling (nice to have).




- Operational collaboration: work from briefs, clarify gaps early, and deliver high accuracy.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

- MBA – Marketing & BE- Mechanical preferred
- 3–6+ years of graphic design experience (B2B/technical/industrial design preferred).
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong PowerPoint template engineering capability (masters, layouts, reusable components, disciplined styling).
- Excellent layout/typography and ability to translate technical input into clear visuals (diagrams, process flows, KPI/value graphics).
- Skills in AutoCAD (nice to have).
- Detail-oriented production mindset.
- Robust written and spoken English.
