JOB SUMMARY

Wissen Technology is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to build, enhance,



and maintain enterprise-grade web applications with a robust focus on React-based user experiences and Java Spring Boot backend services. The role involves product development, system maintenance, API integration, performance optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.

EXPERIENCE, LOCATION, MODE OF WORK

Experience: 8-11 years

Location: Bangalore

Mode of Work: Hybrid

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

- React (5+ years building production-grade web applications)

- JavaScript and TypeScript for modern front-end development

- Java and Spring Boot (5+ years developing backend services and REST APIs)

- REST API design, integration, and troubleshooting

- SQL and relational databases in enterprise environments

- Git, automated testing, and CI/CD practices

- HTML5 and CSS3 for responsive and accessible UI development

- Application performance optimization and debugging across front-end and backend layers

- Optional Skills (Good to Have)
- AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms

- Docker and Kubernetes containerization technologies

- Microservices and distributed systems architecture

- Front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress





- Enterprise-scale application development experience

- Agile delivery and DevOps practices

- Professional Attributes & Qualifications
- Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Leadership: Experience mentoring junior developers and participating in technical design reviews

- Ownership: Ability to drive end-to-end feature delivery independently

- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with product managers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders

- Build and maintain web applications using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

- Develop reusable UI components and manage application state efficiently

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot

- Build and consume REST APIs while resolving integration issues

- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and quality improvements

- Improve application performance, accessibility, reliability, and test coverage

- Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality software releases

- Diagnose and resolve production issues across front-end and backend systems
