Company Description LingoSuccess is an online French language academy offering structured, practical French training, including TEF Canada, TCF Canada, DELF/DALF and A1–B2 courses. We are expanding our digital presence, particularly among learners preparing for French-language exams for Canadian immigration.

Role Description This full-time remote role combines French content strategy and social media management to support LingoSuccess Language Academy’s digital presence.

The French Content

Strategist & Social Media Manager will plan, create, and manage French-language content across the website, blog, email campaigns, and social media channels. Daily responsibilities include developing content calendars, writing compelling posts and articles, optimizing content for engagement and conversion, and ensuring alignment with the academy’s teaching philosophy and brand voice. The role involves monitoring social media interactions, responding to community comments and messages, collaborating with instructors to translate learning objectives into accessible content, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies. The individual will also coordinate with design and marketing partners to deliver cohesive campaigns that attract and retain learners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with our audience and business goals.
- Research trends, audience questions and competitor content to develop fresh Reel ideas.
- Write scripts, hooks, captions and calls to action; coordinate recording and edit short-form videos.




- Create and publish Reels, Stories, carousels and other supporting content.
- Develop content around French learning, TEF Canada, TCF Canada and CLB/NCLC benchmarks, verifying exam-related updates before publishing.
- Showcase student achievements, testimonials, faculty expertise and our teaching approach.
- Monitor performance, including reach, watch time, shares, saves, profile visits and qualified enquiries.
- Use insights to refine the content strategy and report on progress.

Qualifications

- French proficiency at B2 level or above; C1 is preferred. A recognised qualification such as DELF/DALF is an advantage.
- Practical familiarity with TEF Canada, TCF Canada and CLB/NCLC levels.
- Skilled, hands-on experience in social media management and content creation, preferably 2+ years.
- Strong Reel scripting, storytelling, copywriting and short-form video editing skills.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Canva and CapCut.
- Ability to manage content independently, from research and ideation to publishing and performance analysis.
- Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.

Experience in French education, language learning or the Canadian immigration audience is a strong advantage. Please share a portfolio or links to accounts and content you have managed.
