Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and organised Franchise Success Executive to manage franchisee communication, coordinate new store launches, and ensure smooth day-to-day franchise support.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners and handle their queries.
- Coordinate franchise onboarding, documentation, and current outlet launches.
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Accounts, Design, and Tech teams.
- Track store setup activities, including equipment, branding, Petpooja, and aggregator onboarding.
- Maintain franchisee records, task trackers, and follow-up reports.




- Ensure timely resolution of franchisee issues through regular follow-ups.
- Provide post-launch support and coordinate operational requirements.
- Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Client Servicing, Customer Success, Operations, or Relationship Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, organised, and responsible attitude.
- Experience in QSR, F&B;, retail, or franchise operations is an advantage.
- Candidates residing in Dhakoli, Zirakpur, Panchkula, Chandigarh, or nearby areas will be preferred.
