About the Chance

R and D EduX Solutions invites experienced trainers, industry professionals, and academic experts to join its pool of freelance AI and Data Science trainers. Selected professionals will deliver training programmes for corporate teams, universities, colleges, and schools.

Assignments will be offered based on programme requirements, subject expertise, availability, and mutually agreed terms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, hands-on workshops, and structured learning programmes.
- Customise training content to suit participants’ backgrounds, proficiency levels, and learning objectives.
- Develop presentations, practical exercises, case studies, assessments, and project-based activities.
- Explain technical concepts clearly and demonstrate their practical applications.
- Guide participants through coding exercises, AI tools, and relevant projects.
- Assess learning outcomes and incorporate participant feedback into future sessions.
- Coordinate with our team on programme content, delivery schedules, and resource requirements.
- Keep training materials current with relevant developments in AI and Data Science.

Areas of Expertise Applicants should be able to deliver training in one or more of the following:

- Agentic AI, AI Agents, and Workflow Automation
- Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Prompt Engineering
- Data Science, Data Analytics, and Visualisation
- Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Python for AI and Data Science




- Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision
- AI for Business and Non-Technical Professionals
- AI Applications in HR, Marketing, Operations, and Education

Qualifications and Experience

- A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in AI, Data Science, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience delivering training, workshops, academic courses, or corporate learning programmes.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to adapt content for audiences ranging from school students to corporate professionals.
- Practical proficiency in the tools and technologies relevant to the proposed training topics.
- Ability to deliver online and/or in-person sessions, as agreed for each assignment.

Preferred Credentials

- Relevant professional certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related technologies.
- A portfolio of training programmes, projects, participant feedback, or sample teaching videos.
- Experience designing hands-on learning activities and industry-specific case studies.
