Role Description: The Founding Partner role at Vinfyn Advisory is a temporary, remote position focused on helping shape the firm’s strategic direction and client offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include co-developing the business model, refining service frameworks such as the VFI™, and contributing to financial advisory methodologies.

Partner will engage with prospective clients, build and nurture relationships, and support the creation of thought leadership content, tools, and processes that enhance financial wellness services.



This role also involves collaborating on branding and go-to-market strategies, identifying partnership opportunities, and helping establish operational best practices for a growing advisory firm.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in personal finance, financial planning, investment advisory, or wealth management, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear guidance for clients.
- Experience in business strategy, entrepreneurship, or founding roles, including developing service offerings, frameworks, or products in a professional services context.
- Skills in client relationship management, consultative communication, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on empathy, trust-building, and ethical advisory practices.
- Ability to work remotely with high self-direction, including robust organisational skills, time management, and comfort with digital collaboration tools.
- Relevant academic background in finance, economics, business, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CFP or similar) are beneficial but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated interest in financial wellness, education, or advocacy, and a commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive service to diverse individuals, families, and businesses.
