Role Description The Finance Manager role at Bajaj Finserv is a full-time, on-site position based in Giddarbaha. This role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business objectives and ensure financial stability.

The Finance

Manager will monitor and analyze financial performance, manage cash flow, and prepare accurate financial reports and dashboards for leadership. The role includes ensuring compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements,



while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and business teams.

Manager will also support risk management, cost optimization initiatives, and contribute to strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Proficiency with financial software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in financial services or NBFCs is preferred, along with familiarity with lending, insurance, or wealth advisory businesses.
