About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to manage the clinic’s infrastructure, maintenance, hygiene, safety, and day-to-day facility operations. Healthcare or hospital facility management experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily facility operations and maintenance of the clinic, including OPD, OT, reception, and diagnostic areas.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility systems.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and equipment servicing.
- Manage vendors for housekeeping, security, pest control, and biomedical waste disposal.
- Track Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and ensure timely servicing.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, infection control, safety standards, and statutory compliance.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure adherence to SOPs.




- Maintain inventory, asset registers, maintenance records, and facility-related expenses.
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and administrative teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Handle facility emergencies and resolve operational issues promptly.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5–6 years of experience in Facility Management; hospital or healthcare experience preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Experience in vendor management, AMC tracking, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and biomedical waste management.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and reporting.
- Facility Management certification is an added advantage.
