Farshan operates multiple retail outlets in Vadodara and the USA, supported by three contemporary production units using advanced technology. The company exports to a wide range of international markets, including the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Singapore, and several other countries.

:

- Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Retail Operations.
- Travel with the Operations Head for store visits, inspections, and operational reviews.




- Coordinate with retail outlets, store managers, and internal departments.
- Track daily sales reports, store performance, attendance, and operational updates.
- Prepare MIS reports, schedule meetings, and follow up on pending tasks.
- Monitor action points, deadlines, and compliance across retail outlets.
- Handle emails, documentation, and confidential information.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in EA, MIS, or retail operations coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and communication.
- Must possess a valid driving licence and be comfortable travelling with the Operations Head.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Preferred: Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-outlet operations.
