? We’re Hiring: Engineering Procument Specialist

Are you skilled at turning RFQs into winning, technically compliant offers? Join our client’s Technical Proposal & Procurement team.

What you’ll do:

? Analyse RFQs, tenders, specs, drawings and BOQ/BOM

? Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tender submissions

? Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors on pricing, lead times and compliance documents

? Handle costing, margins, compliance statements and deviations

? Follow up on quotations and support negotiations through to order handover

What we’re looking for:

✅ Degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, Procurement or a related field

✅ 2–3 years in technical proposals, estimation, procurement or sales engineering

✅ Robust Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; CRM / Zoho CRM experience

⭐ Background in Oil & Gas, Industrial Safety, Fire & Gas, Instrumentation or Industrial Equipment is a big plus

⭐ AutoCAD and MEP courses are an advantage
