.NET Architect – Banking / Cards Domain

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced .NET Architect with strong hands-on development expertise in C/C++, .NET technologies, SQL Server, and Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in the Banking/Card Payments domain, particularly working with Visa, Mastercard, or other card processing systems. This role requires an architect who can actively participate in design, development, modernization of legacy applications, and implementation of scalable event-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect enterprise-scale applications using .NET, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architectures.

Modernize and enhance legacy applications developed in C/C++ and MFC.

Drive technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance to development teams.





Develop and review high-quality, scalable, and secure code.

Work with cross-functional teams to define solution architecture and technical roadmaps.

Implement and support Kafka-based event-driven solutions.

Design and optimize database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server.

Establish CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

Ensure performance, reliability, scalability, and security standards are met.

Required Skills

Robust experience as a .NET Architect/Technical Architect.

Excellent hands-on coding expertise in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core.

Robust programming experience in C/C++.

Experience working with MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes) and legacy application modernization.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.

Strong expertise in Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.

Experience with Spring Boot applications.

Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka or similar event-driven technologies.

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release automation.

Working knowledge of Java is an added advantage.

Experience with cloud-native and scalable architecture patterns.

Domain Expertise (Mandatory)

Proven experience in the Banking & Financial Services domain.

Hands-on experience with Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, or other Card Payment Processing platforms.

Understanding of card lifecycle management, transaction processing, settlement, authorization, and payment ecosystems.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Experience leading technical teams and architecture initiatives.
