? Key Responsibilities
- Lead global ICT support and IT service delivery across multiple countries.
- Manage and develop a globally distributed team of approximately 60 professionals.
- Drive ITIL-based service management, SLA performance and continuous improvement.
- Accelerate AI adoption, automation, self-service and shift-left initiatives.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, budgets and strategic sourcing decisions.
- Enhance end-user experience and collaborate with senior global stakeholders.
- Lead service transformation and organisational change initiatives.
? What We’re Looking For
✅ 20+ years of overall experience, including 10+ years in IT operations, service management or related areas.
✅ Mandatory global/international experience working across multiple geographies and cultures.
✅ Proven experience leading geographically distributed teams.
✅ Strong expertise in ITIL, SLA management and service delivery.
✅ Excellent vendor management, budget ownership and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Experience in digital transformation, AI and automation.
✅ Familiarity with SAFe Agile and up-to-date IT service delivery practices.
✅ Excellent English communication skills and willingness to travel internationally.
