We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in performance marketing, particularly Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for multiple clients.
- Develop performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, ROAS, and ROI.
- Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.
- Execute Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including audience targeting, creative testing, and retargeting.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize results.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with clients.
- Support SEO, social media marketing, and other digital marketing activities when required.

Requirements

- Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing,



preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong practical expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory.
- Experience in campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Positive understanding of CPC, CPA, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to independently handle multiple client campaigns.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing funnels.
