? What You'll Do

- Plan and execute organic social media strategies across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop content calendars and coordinate engaging Reels, carousels, posts, and other content formats.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility.
- Optimize website content, metadata, headings, and internal linking.
- Identify opportunities to increase organic traffic, search rankings, engagement, and conversions.
- Research competitors, content trends, and niche influencer collaborations.
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics tools.
- Contribute to app visibility through basic App Store Optimization (ASO).

? Who We're Looking For
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years only in digital marketing, social media marketing,



or SEO.
- Candidates with more than 3 years of professional experience are not eligible for this position.
- Practical understanding of organic social media growth and content marketing.
- Basic knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, and website optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics, including engagement, CTR, organic traffic, and conversions.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI tools for research and productivity.
- Creative, analytical, self-driven, and willing to take ownership.
