About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate can plan campaigns, monitor performance, create basic marketing designs, and use AI tools to support video creation.

Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and manage advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
- Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research to support campaign planning.
- Monitor campaign budgets and performance, and recommend improvements.
- Track and report on metrics such as leads, conversions, cost per lead and return on ad spend.
- Create basic graphics for advertisements and social media using design tools.
- Create and edit short marketing videos using AI and video-editing tools.
- Collaborate with the team to develop campaign ideas and marketing content.
- Review landing pages and campaign content to help improve conversion rates.
- Follow relevant advertising platform policies and brand guidelines.

Requirements





- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Practical experience creating and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva or similar applications.
- Familiarity with AI tools for video creation and basic video editing.
- Valuable communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred

- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or conversion tracking.
- Experience in lead generation for service-based businesses.
- Examples of campaigns, designs or videos you have worked on.
